Safety Sam - Bean Guide

Safety Sam is the green Bean variant wearing a high-visibility vest and a white hard hat. Sam represents the "safety first" crew member — the one who reads the blueprint before everyone else starts nailing. Unlockable by completing your first Normal Job.

Complete any Normal Job for the first time. Safety Sam is the reward for finishing the tutorial-adjacent first mission, and the high-vis vest makes Sam easy to spot in co-op chaos.

Safety Sam comes with the green body and white hard hat by default, but every element is swappable. The high-vis vest is a Stumble Gear slot item and can be unequipped if you prefer a cleaner look.

Safety Sam is the first unlock after Bean Builder and the gateway to the cosmetics system. Once you have Sam, you understand how job rewards feed into character customization — every subsequent certification and job unlock adds more options.
