💡 Safety Sam bridges the gap — unlockable from any Normal Job, Sam's high-vis vest is the best co-op identifier.

How Bean-sona Customization Works

Every Bean character in Dumb Ways to Build is the same underlying model with swappable parts: body color, hat, face, outfit, Stumble Gear and skin. Stats never change — all customization is purely cosmetic. Unlock new options by completing jobs, earning certifications and hitting trophy milestones. The Bean-sona system is the game's progression reward loop: the better you play, the more expressive your Bean becomes.

💡 In co-op, distinct Bean-sonas help teammates identify each other in chaos. Coordinate colors before a Crisis Job — "I'll be green, you be orange" saves a lot of "which one is me?" moments.
